Founder & CEO

After an early stint at KPMG Consulting, Joe has spent the past 25 years as an entrepreneur, co-founding and running IT companies through successive industry cycles: dotcom, e-commerce, mobile, blockchain, and now AI. His companies span enterprise and consumer markets, from erp software and online advertising to specialist information platforms. A First Class Honours graduate of Imperial College London and a shareholder and board member across several growth-stage companies, he brings to Openpedia the leadership of a founder who has built durable businesses for global customers.

Jason brings over 25 years of executive leadership across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, South Africa and the Americas, spanning sovereign wealth investment and multinational industrial operations. An MIT Sloan Fellow and graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, he has led teams of more than 1,000 people and managed business portfolios generating up to S$2 billion in revenue. As COO, he oversees operations, commercials, client delivery and governance across Openpedia's engagements for clients in highly regulated environments.

Suan Pin is a software architect with more than 25 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise systems across government, defence and education organisations, building secure, scalable, mission-critical and high concurrency systems. An AWS-certified solutions architect and certified web-application penetration tester, he combines deep expertise in cloud platforms, cybersecurity, DevOps and high-performance distributed systems. As Head of Technology, he leads Openpedia's engineering platform for enterprise and public sector organisations.

Co-Founder & Head of AI

Wei An has 18 years of experience building software products across Silicon Valley startups as well as Singapore government and defence agencies, and contractors. A two-time Y Combinator alumnus with Computer Science and MBA degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, he previousy co-founded an AI startup in San Francisco, led it through Series A, and built agentic AI solutions for the highly regulated US healthcare sector. As Head of AI at Openpedia, he leads AI strategy, solution architecture and governance, helping highly regulated organisations deploy agentic AI securely at scale.
